The Blue Lotus Project

From 2017; Siam Commercial Service.Co,Ltd and Create More Value Management.Co,Ltd decided to partner with Patum Asia Construction Part.Ltd. on the conceptualization and the realization of the Blue Lotus Project; a residence of 8 townhouses of 148sqm each, with a large tropical garden, 2 swimming pools and a large terrace with lounges and sundecks, as well as private and covered parking spaces.
The project was offered as an investment property with high potential for excellent return on the rental market. Each property was sold to a particular owner, and the Blue Lotus Residence was opened to its first tenants in June 2019.
- January 2017, the purchase of 1.800sqm of land - Chanote - in MaeNam Soi 1.
- March 2018, beginning of the construction phase. Project sold out.
- October 2018, all structure are completed. Finishing phase and furnishing.
