Property Description

Villa Macha is 3 bedrooms villa with en-suite bathrooms built over 2 levels.
On the first level there is the living room and kitchen area.
The bedrooms are on the lower floor, on the same level as the swimming pool.
Please note the the 3rd bedroom is not part of the main building and can be accessed from the side of the house.

Location: Chaweng, hill side, about 10 minutes away from the center.

Note that there is an extra charge for the electricity, 7 THB / kWh. The meter will be read upon arrival and departure.

Please note that Samui is located in a subtropical climate zone nestled within nature. Always keep in mind and remember, Koh Samui is a developing island with imperfect infrastructure. Power outages and internet issues might happen and are unpredictable.

Cancellation Policy:

50% refund up until 1 month prior to arrival, except bank / transfer fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
