Property Description

This modern style Villa is a 4 bedrooms holiday home built and designed to offer the guests a space where they enjoy both Outdoor and Indoor areas.

The property is fenced and the private entrance leading to the parking area is protected by an electric gate.
The Indoor living area, large and spacious with lounges and sofas, and the fully equipped kitchen are on an open floor, they are offering a beautiful sea view.

The 3 main bedrooms can be accessed from the living room and a 4th is separated can be accessed from the side of the house.
All the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom.

Lounges and an outdoor dining table are around the large swimming pool

The villa is quiet and peaceful, and offers an amazing sea view and Koh Phangan view.

Location: Meanam Soi 1.
5 minutes drive from the center of Meanam, very close to Fisherman Village and Chaweng Beach on one side or 10 minutes drive from the more quiet but trendy Bangpor beach and its amazing sunsets.

Please note that Samui is located in a subtropical climate zone nestled within nature. Always keep in mind and remember, Koh Samui is a developing island with imperfect infrastructure. Power outages and internet issues might happen and are unpredictable.

Cancellation Policy:

50% refund up until 1 month prior to arrival, except bank / transfer fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded
